Dr.M. Kiran Kumar

Dr. M. Kiran Kumar obtained a master’s degree in Biotechnology from Andhra University and has cleared the CSIR-NET JRF, ICAR, GATE, and APSET examinations. He then received his Ph.D. from the Department of Biotechnology, Andhra University. His research focuses on Plant Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Industrial Biotechnology, and Phytochemistry. He has published several scientific papers and book chapters in indexed international journals and has served as a member of the editorial boards of several scientific journals.

Prof. B.V.Sandeep, Honorary Director and advisory member, SSR Biosciences, Visakhapatnam

 

Professor B.V. Sandeep obtained his Master of Science (M.Sc) from Andhra University, India in 1978, and he later pursued Ph.D. from Andhra University, India. He has 35 years of teaching & research experience in the fields of Zoology &Biotechnology and has more than 80 research publications in various national and international journals with a focus on the fields of parasitology, toxicology, protozoology, and molecular biology. He presented various research papers at national and international seminars, conferences, and webinars. He held academic positions as a Professor, Head, BOS of the Departments of Zoology and Biotechnology at Andhra University, where he guided 23 Ph.D Students and 10 M.Phil students. The MoEF& CC, Government of India, also appointed him to the position of Member SEAC. He has research collaborations with the Universities of Florence and Pisa, Italy.

From 2015 to 2019, Prof. B.V. Sandeep handled a research project on Shallow Water Benthic Communities & Food-web Dynamics: A case for Kakinada Bay and Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Funding Agency: MoES. From 2012 to 2016, he served as a principal investigator for the project financed by the European FP7 networking project PEOPLE-IRSES “CARbonBALAncing for nutrient control in wastewater treatment” acronym KARBALA. Coordinator: University of Florence& Starting Date: 01/08/2012, Ending Date: 31/08/2016.University of Pisa, Italy. From 2011 to 2015, he worked as principal investigator for the European FP7 networking project PEOPLE-IRSES “CIliates as NAtural Reservoir of potentially pathogenic bacteria: an ecological, functional, and evolutionary genomic investigation” acronym CINAR PATHOBACTER.

Dr. P. Sudhakara Rao, Advisory member, SSR Biosciences, Visakhapatnam

Dr.Pola Sudhakara Rao is Presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, at Andhra University. He is working in the fields of Plant Tissue Culture, Biodiversity Conservation, Cancer Research, and Anti-Microbial Research. He has been admitted as an Associate Fellow of the Andhra Pradesh Akademi of Sciences in recognition of his research contributions in Biotechnology in 2021. Dr.Pola Sudhakara Rao has 21 years of teaching & research experience in the field of Biotechnology has more than 60 Research publications to his credit and he authored several books related to Botany and Biological Sciences. He is a recognized Member of the Scientific research community such as Springer Nature group (Berlin, Germany) & Elsevier group (Amsterdam, The Netherlands)., Wiley-VCH group Weinheim, Germany, CRC Press (Taylor and Francis) group, Florida, United States. He has Research collaborated with several National and International Research scientists. He presented various research papers in National and International Seminars, Conferences, & webinars. He has guided more than 60 PG Project Dissertation works of the Department of Biotechnology, Andhra University.

Dr. T.J. Uday Ranjan, Advisory member, SSR Biosciences, Visakhapatnam

Dr. T.J. Uday Ranjan obtained his Master of Science (M.Sc) from Andhra University, India in 2009, and he later pursued Ph.D. from Andhra University. He was awarded UGC-Maulana Azad National Merit Fellowship: JRF & SRF (2012-2016). Dr. Joseph Uday Ranjan T, with strong professional background and experience in marine biotechnology, animal culture systems, establishing standards in aquaculture, and strengthening the fisheries sector. 8 Years of working experience, 5 Years in the Government sector, and 3 years in the Private Sector in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Biodiversity & Conservation projects in different capacities as State Deputy Manager, Consultant (Technical), Scientific Assistant & Researcher. 7 years of research and 5 years of teaching experience in the Department of Marine Living Resources, Andhra University.
